The deadline for response to our invitation to fly this year’s Red Rock Balloon Rally was October 31st 2006. If you’re planning to attend and still have not returned your application, you may be in jeopardy of losing your launch-site. So don’t put it off any longer, we will be starting the process of pulling up names from our waiting list very soon.

If you have not participated in the Red Rock Balloon Rally and would like to be added to the waiting list please provide us with the following information. We need your name, address, phone number(s), e-mail address, balloon size and name all sent to:

It also helps if you include references from pilots who fly our rally. Remember this is an invitation event. Do not simply copy a friend’s paperwork and send it in…that is the best way NOT to be invited.

If you have already sent us all of your information and are patiently waiting, you’ll know soon. Just a reminder, we start a new waiting list each year. This keeps our waiting list current and manageable. If you sent your information last year and were not fortunate enough to get an invitation, you’ll need to resend your information.
